Verbs put people together!

After a week on my language school I was put in a class with a couple from London. And soon I understood that the grammar never will be what it used to be. We have a lot of wonderful friends, who have prayed for my grammar lessons, and I am so thankful for that, but Scott and Anjanette also have been a big reason why I have loved my classes.

After wonderful months together they left us last week. After wearing black armbands the last lesson and a goodbye party in our house they now have got a new home in Cusco.

Since we are quite a few Norwegians in Arequipa we don´t expect that others care much about us, but this family has showed us love from the very beginning, and we are very glad that we have had the opportunity to know them. Scott was the first person who visited us in the hospital after Kristina was born, and has been an uncle for her ever since, and we hope he will continue to be that. They have to wonderful children also; Jessica and Samuel. Solveig loves to play with both of them and misses them now that they are in Cusco. In Cusco they are going to start a new church. They know some students at the University, but not more than that. So, if you have more space in your prayer list it would be nice if you can remember this family. On the right hand side of the blog there is a link to their blog so you can read more about them.

We wish them God’s blessing in their new city and ministry, and are looking forward to the next time they visit Arequipa.
